Mead Johnson Nutrition considers requests for charitable giving that are closely aligned with our mission to give infants and children the best start in life. Mead Johnson accepts applications from charitable organizations that have been established under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Requests for charitable giving from Mead Johnson Nutrition must come from the organization itself and not from an individual physician, pharmacist, or healthcare professional who is not an employee of the charity.
Charitable giving may not be tied, in any way, to past, present, or future prescribing, purchasing, or recommending (including formulary recommendations) of any product. Any evidence that suggests that the charitable gift is so tied will cause the request to be rejected and its resubmission to be disallowed.
